PORES FERNANDO
The man behind the idea, Mr. Pores Fernando, has over 40 years of experience and is reputed for his knowledge and advice. He was the driving force behind setting up the firm and since then has been crucial in its growth and development.
He was earlier associated with M/S V. Narayanan & Co, Chennai between 1980-1990, for various audit assignments. He also worked as Accountant with National Thermal Power Corporation, a Govt. of India Undertaking, in New Delhi, before he set up the firm.
Mr. Fernando has been the Tax advisor for various Corporate & Non Corporate organizations, and has appeared before the Income Tax Departments, Appeals & Tribunals.
V.L.VENKATESAN
Mr. V.L. Venkatesan, one of the partners of Pores Fernando & Co, has been associated with our firm since 2005 and has extensive experience in handling Internal and Statutory Audit for Major Corporates including listed companies. He was associated with GMMCo Limited (Birla Group) from 1991 to 2005 and voluntarily retired from his last held post as Dy. General Manager (Finance & Accounts).
Prior to this, Mr. V.L. Venkatesan was a manager at Priya Exports (P) Ltd from 1982 – 1991.
His exceptional knowledge and skill in handling audits has been well appreciated by clients.
SP KN SUBRAMANIAN
Mr. K. N. Subramanian is one of the most-experienced among the four partners of Pores Fernando & Co, with over 35 years of active management experience in finance, operations and human resources. He has worked in Videocon power as Senior Manager and later worked in NTPC Ltd and retired as the Additional General Manager.
JESU LINCY SRINIDHI
Ms. Jesu Lincy Srinidhi, is a fellow Chartered Accountant with seasoned experience in Direct and Indirect tax covering Income Tax, GST, and Statutory and Internal Audit. She has also represented clients before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. She also holds a CISA certificate and a certificate on International Tax and a certificate on GST from the ICAI.
She had good exposure to FDI related issues, which is added advantage to our firm. Her fresh new approach to managing any issue is highly appreciated by clients.
SOLOMON CJ
Mr.Solomon CJ joined the firm after a stint with Ernst & Young . He is familiar with handling the financial statements and conducting quality reviews of large Companies in the Middle East. He is known for his meticulous management and keen eye for detail and has also represented clients before the Income Tax Department, Appeals & Tribunal. He holds a certificate on GST from the ICAI.
